The Papa Beck
#1 Selling Smoker (Model 7-24w) 84"x30" 7 Ft with a 24" Warmer box. Grills are specifically designed for porch concession trailers. It is a wood fired grill with a gas burner in the warmer box. The warmer box uses heat from the wood fired main grill to add smoke and this provides lower temperature cooking in warmer box . The heat from the warmer box is recycled into the main chamber never wasted. This grill comes standard with 3 racks in the main grill & 4 racks in the warmer. The Beck Jr.
Model 5-JR ) 60"x30" The Beck Jr is a full wood fired smoker. It is engineered with a fire box that is built within for maximum efficiency. This smoker is easy to clean; all racks are removable and the drippings are caught in sear pans. There are 3 racks on this smoker and it can hold up to 15 butts per rack. The Grand Beck Jr.
Model 3-GBJ-GFWA "30x30" x 64"H The Grand Beck Jr. is a great entertainer. It works great for cooking for friends, family gathering, and catering. This grill is available in two different options: It can be wood fired, or gas fired wood assisted for that savor wood smoked flavor. The Grand Beck Jr. can hold 18 butts (8-9 pounds each), 30 leg quarters, or 9 slabs of ribs. We also offer a 4 rack option to this grill for max grilling capacity. The gas fired option consistently holds the perfect temperature, without ever spiking. You can cook for six hours straight and never open the door with this grill holding right at 275.
